       Zhangjiagang Hongyuan Machinery Forging is a leading valve component manufacture in the engineering, distribution, service and support of oil pipe industry. Our corporation was founded in 1994 at Jiangsu Jiangyin, and subsequently moved head plant to Zhangjiagang in 2005. 

       Hongyuan covers an ares of 35,000 m², including forging workshop, heat treatment workshop, rough machining workshop, final machining workshop, cladding workshop and final inspection workshop. With the full process control, Hongyuan is well known as “one-stop” valve component producer who carries 240 employee on abroad including senior engineer team with great professions.

        Current product portfolio covers mainly pipeline ball valve components, size ranging from 2’’ to 36’’ with max diameter reaching to 2500mm and unit weight reaching to 8 tons. Materials capable are ranging from carbons, stainless, duplex, super duplex to nickel alloys and cladding. 

       Zhangjiagang Hongyuan is currently certified by PED, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, ISO3834-2, Norsok M650 and API 20B. We are also awarded as new high-tech enterprise locally in china since 2022.

        In order to better serve aboard market, Zhangjiagang Hongyuan has established sub branch office in Italy aiming to create more direct and efficient bridge with all customers abroad. 

        With more than 30 years cultivation and daily enriched expertises, Zhangjiagang Hongyuan is now very well recognized by our superior quality and service. Our products are now world wildly exported to USA, Europe, Middle east and Asia Pacific.
